The launch of SupportWare version 4.0 manages and supports a complete service provider business, including subscriber sign-up, service delivery, invoice and payment handling, customer care, as well as retention management. In Version 4.0, Mobilware introduces its new Location-based Billing (GeoBilling) with packages for Russia, China and southern Africa as well as proportional billing for pro-rata events in addition to time-based proportional event bundling (monthly allowances). The new version also now provides support for VSAT maritime integration. Finally, version 4.0 brings group or pool SIM card support (also known as Shared Corporate Allowance Packs) features to provision, manage and bill pools of SCAP SIMs.
